It is marked 18K RG as shown in the picture.
This is a smaller ring maybe size 8 so I'm thinking man's pinky ring? This has some imperfections and what looks like mold to me in the crevasses? I'm not a professional so I'm not gonna try to clean it because I don't want to ruin it.
